Lifestyle

Your sessions will provide you with adapted approaches to the modern era along with the ancient wisdom preserved in Chinese medicine theory to help you find ways to harmonize with your internal and external environment. Mind-body exercises such as qi-gong (“chee-gong”), meditation and breath work, along with tips for everyday and seasonal practices will be incorporated into your Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine sessions. Over time, you will have a collection of tools to bring along with you on your wellness journey.
